Job Description

NEW Full-Time, Executive management position to lead our Home & Community-Based Services (H&CBS).  

We're looking for knowlege, experience, and wisdom to lead our H&CBS team and to grow our business!

As a member of the Cantata Organization, you will provide leadership for the planning, implementation, growth and evaluation of strategies designed to grow Home & Community Services.

Responsible for establishing accountability structures and processes for achieving desired outcomes and metrics, including those required by regulatory bodies. 

Essential Functions:

1)  Knows, understands, incorporates and demonstrates the Cantata mission, vision and values in leadership behaviors, practices and decisions.

2)      Operational responsibilities include personnel management, P&L responsibility, quality outcomes and business development for Cantata at Home, Cantata Home Fitness, Cantata Handyman Services, and other programs, initiatives, services, and businesses developed and identified as part of the Home & Community Services business line.

3)      Implements strategies designed to capture market share and growth for the Cantata H&CBS business line, and seek out opportunities to achieve and surpass revenue, operating income and other H&CBS business line goals.

4)      Works with business line managers, to identify opportunities for additional services, problem solving challenging issues, and elevating concerns or challenges to CEO.

5)       Oversees Cantata business line programs and initiatives, identifying areas for improvement, and coaching and training of staff to ensure a consistently high client experience scores.

6)      Collaborates with Sales & Marketing to drive sales force productivity, referral patterns and achievement of H&CBS revenue targets.

7)      Anticipates and plans for operational and clinical changes due to licensing requirements.

8)      Achieves corporate goals through effective succession planning efforts including proactive recruitment, the identification of high potential employees and training and development planning.

9)      To lead Cantata’s efforts in developing strategic plans for potential new H&CBS initiatives,  gain necessary approvals for such initiatives, and then implement such plans to get these initiatives established.

 

 

 

 

Requirements

A.   Knowledge/Skill/Experience

Ability to sell and market Home Care Division and its services..

Ø  A passion for serving older adults.

     At least three (3) years of effective leadership/supervision of a healthcare team.

Ø  Ability to work with and lead a team to producing required deliverables.

Ø  Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written form with a diverse group of people; and all levels of the company.

Ø  Openly shares knowledge with others and willingly mentors subordinates.

Ø  Ability and willingness to work harmoniously within a team environment.

Ø  Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, customers, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public.

Ø  Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. 

Ø  Aptitude for detail work.

Ø  At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Access and other office equipment.  

Ø  Must have current driver’s license and auto insurance.

Ø  Must possess a professional appearance that meets the Cantata dress code, and excellent customer service skills.

B.   Contact with Others

Extensive contact with clients, employee-partners, and other managers on a daily basis.  Daily contact with all levels of personnel within the company.  Extensive contact with customer’s family members and community contacts.

C.   Delegation of Authority 

As Manager of Cantata at Home (CAH), you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties. 

D.   Responsibility for Confidential Data

Employee-partners are required to safeguard sensitive information.  Sensitive information includes, but shall not be limited to, information concerning Cantata’s former and current residents/clients, medical and health information and Cantata’s information systems.

E.    Physical Requirements/Working Conditions

Ø  Works in office areas; and sitting at a computer terminal for extended periods of time.

Ø  Is subject to frequent interruptions.

Ø  Minimal lifting of small items

F.    Exposure Classification
